Thinking about students and parents as customers of school teachers is a useful way for teachers to analyse how to do their job well. The Kio students in today’s seminar participated well.They did discussion, analysis, written presentation and verbal presentation… in English! Well done! The Kio students were passionate about teaching and serving their students well.
As for next steps, I want the Kio students to consider how they will implement their customer service ideas into their future work.<\/span><\/p>\n
